What do you think — does she have a point about President Brarack Obama and transparency?
After I posted the list of Senators who voted against the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay legislation — those who voted against it were all Republican men and all women Senators, regardless of party, voted for it — suggested that this is the prime example of why we need more women in office, regardless of how much some men support “women’s” issues. Your thoughts??

I’m glad someone is starting to think about who could be next for the Supreme Court. More women, anyone?
I can’t get enough of Aretha’s hat!
Malia and Sasha as dolls. Fair game and great for girls or just blatant exploitation?

Two things-
1. Small plug, I’m writing about the Obama girl dolls on Mamapop tomorrow and the possibility of a lawsuit, so, stay tuned.
2. I think there is more to the Campbell Brown story. But that is just me.

I think you should look at who Campbell Brown is married to, and what his political background is.

Hey we are American now. I think you should do an article on that. : )
No dolls let the kids be.
More women yes!

I have to admit Campbell Brown has a point. He should have stated in the rule if the administration deams the expertise is valueable to the administration, the appointee will defest themselves of stock and sign a full disclosure agreement. That being said- there are always exceptions to the rules-it is the number and type of exceptions that become an issue. AKA an exception to tortue when we committment the actgs outsideof the United States…SAD
No dolls for the girls-let them have as normal of a childhood as possible.

Yes, I know Campbell Brown is married to uber-Republican adviser Dan Senor. But I think she has a valid point — don’t make a big deal out of a rule if you’re going to ask for an exception right away.

Someday someone will be president and his/her actions will truly surprise me because they will walk there talk where change and reform is concerned. I never thought Obama would be that kind of president and, sadly, it looks like I was right.
The White House swallows people and their principals. It’s like one of those born bad houses horror writers are always creating.
Oh, and really – only women care about women’s issues. Just like men care only about men’s issues. Men who say they care about women’s issues are just trying to get elected.
